With Louis Burton and Servane Escoffier completing their Transat Jacques Vabre challenge onboard Bureau Vallée, we are offering one lucky winner the chance to win an officially branded OS1 Jacket signed by Louis Burton himself! In addition to this, 2 further runners up will receive a signed Race series cap.

We are loving your entries so far, so we decided to ask our team: What challenges would you face if you spent 30 days at sea with your partner? Here's what a few of them said...

Get my wife on the water, you must be joking!! ? Firstly, we’d both be as sick as dogs so that wouldn't be nice! She’d also nag me constantly about missing the girls and worrying about them. Thank goodness it’ll never happen!! - Mark from Sales

If my partner and I sailed together, he would be constantly cleaning up my “vom”!! - Maria from Customer Services

Not enough space to write them all down.  ? - Corrine from Production

My main challenge would be that my wife has curly hair and whenever she is by the sea it tends to get very frizzy so visibility in the cock pit would be extremely limited. Driving is also quite a contentious issue between us so I’m pretty sure the ocean wouldn’t be the only thing that was blue while we were at sea. - Ryan from Marketing

I think the only ‘teething problems’ me and my partner would have are, him making quick decisions (he is quite indecisive and reflective!), and me wanting him to do something quickly, that I’m not capable of doing!! Otherwise, I’d do it myself!! Once we got over that, providing it doesn’t take 30days… we’d be fine!! - Janet from Design

Hiding the knives! ? My partner and I are both competitive people, who also like to both take the lead!! I think the challenge would be assigning roles so that we didn’t encroach on each other’s patch and then we’d survive the trip!! - Jo from Marketing

Not over worrying/stressing every time when things get challenging, that I really shouldn’t have convinced her to sell the house, children and the dog to be out there in the middle of nowhere in the first place! - Simon from Sales

I think that there would only be one of us on the boat after 30 days. I would struggle to store all of my clothes somewhere on board and my partner hates his clothes smelling of anything other than freshly washed clothes so this may be testing. I also think I would really struggle with the lack of sleep and would definitely be grumpy. Despite having a young child and living off little sleep I think the unpredictable amount of sleep you get during these races would definitely test our relationship. - Colette from Design

Nothing we couldn't get around, I don't think. - Beth from Product Development
