Our new OS Series is our tiered system of waterproof sailing clothing, designed with protection, wearability and durability in mind. Coming in three different tiers of performance gear, the OS Series is something we are very proud of and which has already proven its capabilities in the most challenging environments and conditions.

OS1 Ocean System

Mother Nature is merciless, so when taking on the most difficult conditions, you need the right protective equipment.

The OS1 system is designed to be worn for the most extreme ocean sailing conditions. Made with XPLORE®+ 3 layer fabric and XPEL® plant based fabric finish, the OS1 system is water-repellent, stain resistant and highly breathable.

With over 20,000mm HH (Hydrostatic Head) waterproofness and an 80+% breathability rating, the OS1is extremely durable and helps wearers push the boundaries of what they can achieve out on the water.

The OS1 System was christened by Louis Burton during the 2020- 2021 Vendée Globe, in which he crossed the line in second place, ultimately finishing third, the OS1 was tested to the fullest extent during this round-the-world trip, with Burton describing the apparel as ‘ocean gear at its best’.

OS2 Offshore System

OS2 is the ideal sailing system for offshore sailing conditions, providing ample protection against inclement conditions to keep wearers comfortable and easily able to move around the boat.

Made with XPLORE® 2-layer fabric and XPEL® plant-based finish for stain resistance, 20,000mm HH waterproofness and a 70-80% breathability rating, this system is a staple for many sailors.

Perhaps the most impressive and innovative element of the OS2 Offshore System is the fact that it is ourmost sustainably-made product to date. The OS2 has been created with 98% recycled materials, and each OS2 jacket contains the equivalent of 14 plastic bottles which have been saved from landfills and transformed into the highly-effective performance fibres.

OS3 Coastal System

The OS3 Coastal System is a great all-rounder, for beginners to advanced sailors and can be worn for inshore sailing and coastal walking activities.

Featuring the XPLORE® 2 layer fabric and XPEL® plant-based fabric finish, this system delivers up to 20,000mm HH waterproofness, 60-70% breathability and a high level of durability. This is a versatile jacket that is designed and engineered for protection and performance.
